Who are you, and why did you start this business?
My name is Finley! I’m an indie romance author who got tired of hiring out for formatting every single time I needed a change done to the files. So I decided to learn to format myself.
How do I purchase a package?
Simple! Just visit my shop and select whichever package you want. Leave your details in the fields on the checkout form, and I’ll get back to you.
Do you offer payment plans?
If needed, yes! I require a 25% deposit (nonrefundable) to reserve your slot, and a minimum of $10 per installment after. The project must be paid in full before files are delivered.
What happens once I purchase a package?
I will reach out via email as soon as I can. We will iron out details, and I will get to work!
Can I purchase a package for another person?
If you want to, sure! Just please be sure to let me know during checkout (it will ask for details about the book – just put there that it’s a package for another author, who it is [name only!], and that they’ll reach out when they’re ready).
Can we purchase extra revisions?
Absolutely! You can purchase them by going here.
What constitutes as “revisions”?
“Revisions” mean any changes after the initial file delivery. As soon as I send you the files for your perusal, that counts as delivered. Once you are satisfied, you can retain any extra “revisions” for later changes if needed.
What are “special pages”?
Having “special pages” is when the first page of each chapter is a full-page image or dark with white text.
Do you offer loyalty discounts?
I am open to the idea of it! We can talk more about it when you hire me for a second (or third!) project.
