As any package purchased through Formatting by Finley is strictly digital, refunds are limited.
Acceptable reasons for refund:
- You purchased two or more packages, and no longer need them – you will receive a refund for the extra packages but not for the first package. (Refund will total the cost of the extra package(s) minus applicable fees.)
- You are unhappy with the delivered goods even after you’ve reached the maximum included revisions – you will receive a refund for the package (total paid minus applicable fees).
Reasons not accepted for refund:
- You no longer wish to use the files.
- Your purchase was made more than 30 days ago.
Refunds on Payment Plans
If you are granted a refund and you are utilizing a payment plan, you will receive all of the total amount paid minus the 25% deposit.
